About Amal Rogers

Amal Rogers facilitates healing that fosters deeper connection with self and others. She has been developing and teaching Radical Embodiment for over a decade, guiding work that supports both personal and community transformation. With a background in dance, more than 20 years leading movement practices, practice in somatics, social justice organizing, birth work and body work – Amal draws on her lived experience to inform her teaching. She has taught students of all ages in formal and informal spaces, performed internationally, and continues her training across multiple disciplines. Amal is a parent of two and is based between Miami, FL and Tangier, Morocco.

Through simple movement, mindfulness, and playful exercises, you’ll explore your body’s intelligence, notice your habitual patterns, and practice new ways of responding to life.
