Psychotherapist
“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” – C.W. Lewis
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space where clients can transform into versions of themselves that they never thought possible as they navigate the journey of life. To me, therapy is a process of learning and unlearning, of leaning in and then letting go, where judgment is replaced with understanding and criticism with acceptance. My theoretical orientation infuses CBT with Mindfulness and Existentialism, embracing diversity and holistically treating the whole person from a strengths-based perspective with the understanding that each individual’s experience is unique and nuanced with many layers. I am both positive and unconditionally supportive, yet also active and challenging as appropriate. It is truly an honor to connect with clients, to hold space for pain and difficult experiences and to provide them with an opportunity to transform their relationship with themselves and others, helping them find meaning in their lives. I am grateful for my clients for allowing me into their hearts and minds, and it is a privilege to see their growth!
