Born and raised in the city of Brooklyn, and later finding my footing in New Jersey, Vermont, and now Florida, my unwavering passion for mental health has guided my educational and professional journey. With a career spanning back to 2018, I have garnered invaluable experience across diverse clinical settings, immersing myself in the transformative work of helping individuals thrive. My focus primarily lies in providing unwavering support to teenagers and adults, empowering them to navigate critical stages of personal growth with resilience and self-awareness.

One of my key areas of specialization centers around the destigmatization of male gender roles. I am dedicated to creating a safe haven where men can explore and dismantle the societal pressures and unrealistic expectations that often lead to shame and emotional turmoil. Drawing upon therapeutic approaches such as talk therapy, psychoeducation, and CBT/SFBT mindfulness techniques, I foster the development of emotional intelligence and equip men with the tools to cope with life’s challenges. Together, we will cultivate self-acceptance, break free from societal constraints, and forge a path towards authenticity and fulfillment.

Having a profound understanding of the unique experiences and hurdles faced by men seeking therapy, I am committed to being your unwavering ally throughout the transformative journey. I recognize the longing for connection, understanding, and growth that you carry within you. By working collaboratively, we will develop the necessary clinical skills to navigate life’s complexities, while cultivating an environment of honesty, compassion, and non-judgment. My ultimate aim is to contribute to your growth, empower you to embrace your true self, and support you in realizing your highest aspirations and goals.

Embarking on the therapeutic journey requires courage, and I am honored to walk alongside you as we unlock your true potential. Together, we will embark on a transformative path that encompasses healing, growth, and a renewed sense of purpose. I invite you to take the first step towards a more authentic and fulfilling life—a life where you can truly thrive.
