As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I work with teens, adults, and older adults facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, OCD, and substance use, blending medication management with individual psychotherapy — so care doesn’t stop at a prescription, but looks at the whole person.
My path into psychiatric care started at the bedside as a psychiatric nurse, where I supported patients through some of their hardest moments — depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and more. That experience shaped how I practice today: with patience, close listening, and a genuine belief that every person deserves care tailored to who they are. Since earning my PMHNP-BC, I’ve conducted psychiatric evaluations, built individualized treatment plans, and managed medications across several practices in South Florida, working alongside patients from many different cultural backgrounds.
My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. You won’t be handed a one-size-fits-all plan; we’ll build practical coping tools together, in a space that’s supportive and judgment-free. My goal isn’t just symptom relief — it’s helping you build the kind of stability that lasts.
I offer sessions in both Spanish and English, so you can share what’s on your mind in whichever language feels most natural to you.
