Jeannine Pearce Clark
Psychotherapist
It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is
essential is invisible to the eye-Antoine de Saint-Exupery from Le Petit Prince
I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and moved from the west coast to south Florida in 1996. I became a psychotherapist because I really enjoy the collaborative process of working with my clients, leveraging my life’s experiences, and applying therapeutic techniques to help individuals overcome personal issues and adopt a healthier perspective that promotes healing and growth.
I bring an overall holistic wellness philosophy to my clinical practice, which includes increased awareness of healthy lifestyle choices, stress reduction, Mindfulness, exercise, nutrition, and healthy relationships with others.
My approach is non-judgmental, empowering, down-to-earth, empathetic, and supportive. I use a strength-based, integrative, Person-centered orientation that is designed to meet you where you are in your journey and help you achieve your treatment objectives.
My areas of clinical focus include individuals experiencing life transitions, depression and anxiety, workplace stress, infertility, relationship issues, dementia/Alzheimer’s support, trauma, and family issues.
I work with Adults, Adolescents, Families, Elderly, and the LGBTQ community. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and am a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
Where there is collaboration, wonderful transformations can happen. I would be honored to work with you to identify ways you can improve your situation and develop your potential.
