Psychotherapist

“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” Carl Rogers
It is my greatest desire to help people who feel stuck- in life, in love, or within themselves- finally understand what is holding them back and begin to create the relationships and future they deeply want. Maybe you feel disconnected, unsure which way to go, or tired of trying so hard and what you want is still out of reach. You don’t have to navigate life alone. I can help you with healthier connections with yourself and others that create the change you are looking for.
The most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself. When this relationship improves every other part of your life opens up. You will get to know yourself on a deeper level, understand the patterns that keep you stuck and interrupt what is not serving you. Then you can explore what is possible for your life and relationships while feeling more grounded, connected, and confident.
