“Healing happens by feeling and Shame dies when stories are told in safe places.”
Every child deserves to be seen, heard, and understood — especially when they’re struggling. As a dedicated children’s therapist, I bring a compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed lens to my work with young clients and their families, creating a space where healing feels safe, natural, and deeply personal.
Drawing from advanced training in EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, CBT, Adlerian Therapy, Therapeutic Play, Expressive Arts, and Person-Centered Therapy, I design individualized treatment plans that honor each child’s unique story, developmental stage, and cultural background. No two children are the same — and neither is the care I provide.
My practice is rooted in a holistic, humanistic philosophy: I believe that lasting healing begins when a child feels genuinely connected to their therapist and safe within the therapeutic space. That’s why I invest deeply in building trust before anything else — because the relationship is the intervention.
Through the power of play, creative expression, and evidence-based techniques, I help children develop emotional regulation, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. I partner closely with families throughout this process, recognizing that parents and caregivers are essential co-healers in every child’s journey.
Whether your child is navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, behavioral challenges, or life transitions, I am here — walking alongside them with curiosity, empathy, and unwavering respect at every step.
